Just in case you were wondering what the current state of emergencies are in the world then someone in Hungary has answered your prayers. Where's the latest news of bird flu outbreaks? I just checked the map, and apparently South America and Antarctica are the only safe places to be. Either that, or they don't have any news outlets in those locations.

I actually feel safer than I did prior to seeing this! I just need to avoid the West NIle in PA, Bio Hazzards in FL & hope that AL09 turns north. Yep, things are quiet in the Carolinas, from a global perspective.
