The View from Over the Hill
It's official. I'm 31 years old and the view of the other side of the hill is murky. My dad wrote a little dissertation last year for his 60th birthday and I thought about writing something similar. I may yet. For now, I am off for steaks and happiness!

Happy birthday. You knoaw what they're saying...the 30's are the new 20's...or is it the 70's are the new 50's, or maybe the 50's are preschoolers...I don't know I get confused IN MY OLD AGE! Namaste my friend.

Happy BIrthday
Hope you had a wonderful day. I am so relieved to have left my 20s behind but still find it difficult to believe that I am edging towards my (dare I say it) MID 30s! This week was the 20th anniversary of Chernobyl and I can't believe how well I remember it happening because I was a teenager at the time!

DUDE! So sorry I missed "your day." I know how you get cranky when we don't wear the hats and toot the horns and give you your due. So take my belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY MO!!!!!! Glad your back in the bay. Not that I'm there - it's just where I know you'll safe. With the hippies.

I've heard that the 30s are the new 20s...although personally you could't pay enough to be 20 again.

I'd like to be in my 20's again if only to be rid of these aches and pains (oh, my back!)
